We love a challenge

When a new customer came to us with a difficult ignition problem it made us really happy, as we love a challenge. The problem was to cause ignition at the end of an 8mm tube 500mm long, which could only be connected at 90 degrees to the tube?

Our solution was to make a 500mm long ignition electrode with 6mm ceramic with an 8mm spider gas spacer at the tip, connected to an IEG14 electrode by a threaded brass connector, it worked perfectly, successful ignition every time.

If you have a challenging ignition problem or need a bespoke spark plug, ignition electrode or flame probe then please get in touch, we love a challenge.
